The name behind
familiar favorites.

A family business with a simple belief: great restaurants begin with great people.

Our story started in 1999, when Sunny Ghai purchased his first Burger King in San Jose, California. That hands-on spirit still shapes who we are.

Today, Ghai Management owns, operates, and develops restaurants across California, Oregon, and Texas. As we grow, our focus stays close to home: our teams, our guests, and the communities around every restaurant.
